Welcome to the International Veterinary Center site - IVC. IVC was founded in 2005 by Dr. Simon Goldman, and the center is continuously expending the number of services we offer to our clients. Seminars are held in the center for Veterinary specialists who come to learn from all over Russia. For the past five years Dr. Simon Goldman has been the organizer, founder and chairman of the International Veterinary Conference "PractiVet". Dr. Goldman also owns another successful veterinary clinic in Tel Aviv Israel. In IVC we practice up to date western and international standard medicine. IVC provide around the clock veterinary service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The veterinarian's specialists working in the clinic were carefully selected and only the best, after a long period of training, are allowed to handle the patients. Our specialists are continuously being updated and participating in learning and training seminars in Russia and abroad.
